Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) is a leading mechanical and electrical contractor with a turnover of £550 million and a workforce of 3,200. As part of the company’s ambitious growth plans, CFA has been appointed to provide PR services focussed on raising awareness of BBES’ sustainability credentials.
Having identified a number of projects where BBES introduced innovative solutions to meet sustainability objectives, a PR plan was formulated. This has seen features on written and placed by CFA within a number of BBES’s key target audiences including health, leisure and education.
As part of the programme, CFA has managed site visits with journalists, including a site visit to Whitelee, Europe’s largest onshore operational wind farm.
To help launch the company’s offsite facility, Modular Systems +, CFA has also provided graphic designer services to create a brochure detailing the company’s innovative approach and client benefits.
